This website overall is horrible!! To begin, the website's design is terrible and nearly impossible to navigate; you will have over seven windows open by the time you are to the page you are trying to get to. When I opened a new account and filled out my profile, it COMPLETELY skipped a very important list of details and would not let me fill it out, due to the website's user-unfriendly design.
