i'm really upset about 24hour fitness customer service. I had my account freezed for certain period of time because I went to Michigan last year. I came back this year and have paid the annual fee to re-activate my membership account in March. Here I am being charged with an annual fee again in July this year. Where does the six-month extension of my membership go? We should form some kind of legal alliance to sue 24 hour fitness. read full review »
