I purchased an RO purifier on 24 April, 2010.Within 4 mnths it has stopped working...after trying really hard I got hold of Cust.Care exe.. who has been of no help.After 4-5 days of constant harassing telephonic conversations...I am being asked to change some membrane or the other...which will reportedly cost me Rs.2300..my question is after buying a product of rs.10000... why am i being asked to spend another 2300 within 4 mnths ..well under its warranty period ??
