I have an existing HELOC loan with Hudson United Bank which was taken over by TD Bank. Everything is spelled out in my existing HUD Note including the rate of the late fees which should only be $20.00. After speaking with loan officers in person and over the phone, I was told that the contract terms remain the same as they are one and the same bank.
