My card no. is 4477580110758007. I had requested your bank to block my card on 13 July 10, as I had lost it. Later when I came to know that it was only misplaced I requested your Bank on 18 July 10 to cancel my earlier instruction. I was told that I would be sent a fresh card within 7 working days. I complained through e mail in Aug & on 18 Aug I was told that the card would be sent. It is nearly two months now and I am yet to get my card.
