I became a member of curves in March 2008, in May 2009 I contacted the Supplier and asked if I can cancel my membership via e-mail, it was confirmed that there shouldn't be any problems. After numerous calls and e-mails they still deduct the monthly fees from my bank account. The manageres promise me everyday that she will ensure that the contract will be cancelled and that the area manager will contact me but without any luck.
