I was booked on the 1Time Flight for +- 2100 on Sunday 230809 from Cape Town to Jhb. When we arrived at the airport (at least an hour before as demanded) we got to the counter with no one present. Not a soul! We stood in the line for quite some time, until another passenger informed us that he just came from the client services helpdesk, and the flight was delayed. So we sat and sat and sat.
