In July 09 (Saturday evening) I went to ATM to try and draw some money. The ATM rebooted and retained my card. I immediately phoned the number on the ATM to stop my card and told them exactly what has happened. The Monday I went into the bank to get a new card and was told by the teller that I need to pay R45 for a replacement card. I told him that I will not pay as it was not my fault.
