I decided to bundle internet and phone service with Qwest. The ads said it would simplify my life. BAD idea. June 2010, after talking to 4 different reps who all tried to change the "package" in the days prior to install, I finally had the tech come to my home. Good thing I opted for the "optional" tech install. Turns out the Qwest reps had sold me a package that didn't work with my modem.
