3/27/2009 I paid for 2008-2009 Publication of Who's Who (Receipt order #116972 $99). 9/30/2009 I was told that I should receive items either early 12/2009 or 1/2010. To date, 9/2/2010, I still have not received these items. I forwarded an email to the company and the email was returned is undeliverable. I called the telephone number that I had and calls were being routed to an answering service, that could only take messages. This company has taken my money and has not given me the items ordered, nor have I heard from them. How do I recover my funds when the company is unreachable? What do I do next? read full review »
