I worked for the Skoubis family at 1825 W. Deer Valley Rd. in Phoenix and it was the most horrible working situation I"ve ever been in! Mom, dad and two sons. First, the old man Louie is a constant ranting, raving idiot. This guy would hold my line up with his weighing of every order of fries. And we were trained by coporate to put 5-51/2 ounces and this guy tells us to put less. In other words, go ahead and rip the customer off.
