Today it is four days short of TWO months since I handed in my handset to Cell C at East Rand Mall to have the front cover replaced. And I am still not sure when I will get my phone back. I have had to initiate ALL communication with Cell C during this time as they NEVER return calls or answer emails etc. Even after getting a senior manager directly involved with my problem I still have only empty promises and no handset.
