In May 2008 Cell C connect phoned me with an offer of a pre-approved cell phone offer. I thought is was an excellent offer and said yes they can send me the phone. After about a week I received a sms telling me that the contract was not granted even as it was pre-approved. Now (after 13 months)since June 09 my bank account get debited with R29 for an email account, because I didn't cancel the email account.
