I paid Nationwide Home Warranty for a 5 year term at $1, 999.99 on 3/12/09 over the phone with my credit card for coverage of our main house. On March 2010, I called to add our other house, and the man said they weren't taking any more houses in NV, but we should be ok on the one. When our water heater went out shortly after, they emailed me stating that they were no longer covering NV and a refund would be mailed. That was over a month ago, and no check ever came.
