I have purchased a top loading fully automatic washing machine-Kenstar on 31/5/2006- model no. LFI 0210, sl no.980306270500200021 from Kallarackal agencies, Pala, Kerala.Two months back the machine became out of order and I have reported the complaint to the agencies.Their service person checked the machine and stated that the board of the machine is out of order and it should be replaced with a new one.But the problem is that the company has stopped the production of this model.
