WE booked a vehicle with CARHIREUK or www.car-hire-uk.com in August 2010 we booked a small group B vehicle and on arrival we ended up with a New mercedes B class sport thing, far too big for us, we just wanted to visit the grandkids, ok the car was a lovely car, but impossible to park, we couldnt move it around, we had trouble getting in and out of car parks, and filling with fuel, customer services was terrible its an india call centre, they very helpful to be fair to them and apologize for the problem etc etc, however refused any other... read full review »
