Hello, A little while ago, I purchased tickets for my wife and I to travel overseas. Upon ordering the tickets they mentioned that the transaction did not go through. I called my bank to see what was happening and they mentioned that the amount had infact went through. I tried to contact them to see what was going on. Upon contacting them, they gave me the run around. No one could explain what was happening and had no record of any tickets being bought. Ofcourse I called and complained about fraud.
