Is not towards contest, It more towards all those companies that advertizes fast payday loans, when they want the loans paid off in full by the next month. Some people don't make the kind of money that would make that practical for most people these days.And even If they were making a big paycheck, they wouldn't necessarily have to be going out and try and get a loan in the first place, now would they! They are charging me more then what a yrs subscription would cost if i was to order it throw the publisher themself. 72 dollars TIMES 4 quarterly installments is $288.00, for 4 magazines I'm not going to even read. And then you want to cancel the order, and get a refund, you have to write them a snail mail letter, when they have a web address. What GIVES...Right now I'm unemployed, on disability, and on a limited pension from the VA.I haven't even been able to pay my rent for this month yet. read full review »

On AUG.31, 2010, USA CREDIT debited my bank acct. of $149.95, and I have no idea what that was for. And being that I try and keedp track of every penny, being on full pension from the service, for injuries non- service related, some thing like that makes it hard to pay the rent, when you live on limited funds, and can't go out and try earn any more funds cause you can't do the type of work you have trained to do, over the past 30 some yrs.
