Dear Sir, I M Rajat Das Bought Maruti Alto LXi june 10, on 03 Sep 10 face AC problem as it is not working, At 0945 hrs, i was told that the car would be given to servicce centre for repair and despatched to me at my office.I gave my Key and Visiting card to one Executive.Around 1345 hrs when givven call first my call was dropped twice and latter it was picked up by Ms Mousumi Chatterjee and says she dnt no any thing why the car is lying their.But some how she says she would look to it.
