I originally purchased the software in July 2009 and was charged $29.99. I cancelled my subscription February 2010. I was then charged $29.95 in July 2010. I thought it was interesting that they changed the amount, I'm sure to ensure that the charge would go through. I called1-800-999-2734 today and talked to a person who said I would be refunded in 5-7 days and they did send a follow up email stating that my subscription had been cancelled (AGAIN).
