Foreign Speaking gentleman called my Mother this morning trying to convince her that she and my Father had won a very large sum of money and that they were to go to Western Union and purchase a Golden Seal Stamp and receive a reciept for it. Then on Tuesday someone else would be calling and that they will need forms of identification, such as drivers license and bank information and that two federal marshalls would be delivering this money to them.
