I also have an ongoing issue with this same company, I ordered a beverage cooler in 06/2010 after several (5-6) weeks it arrived. Upon opening the unit, my contractor noticed that the unit looked like it had been dropped since the door hinge was out of alignment and the corners were dented in. A closer examination has shown that it looks like this is a used unit that was supposed to be new. I have contacted the company by both phone calls and by E-mail with pictures of the damage.
