On August 5, 2010 @ 23:22 I purchased $97.94 dollars worth of merchandise from this company. As my address is a local one, the package was supposed to be shipped via Domestic- First Class Residential. It has been a month since the company has debted the money out of my account, and I have yet to receive any word (email, phone call, or product). At this point, since it seems that my purchase will never arrive, I want the company to refund me my full cost.
