I lost my cellphone 2 weeks ago. Extremely inconvenient and frustracting. I then completed an application form for CCover claim. This claim was only approved on Monday. Cellc claims to have a 48hour turnaround time. One, you wait forever on the phone for a consultant to assistance and then they cannot assist you with your enquiry. They transfer you from one call centre to the next. I wait 2 hours and no answer. How pethetic is that. To date no one has returned or contact me regarding my phone.
