I sold my Vehicle to Spin City Auto on the 5th of August. I still have not recieved full payment for my vehicle. The owner (Ryan) always give me excuses and tells me that he is going to do it today.These empty promises have been going on now for one month. On the contract it states that payment will be made 14 days after the sale of vehicle. This is a breach in contract because i have not been paid and its 1 month now.
