Gave in Nokia cell phone with problem playing music files. Told me they would send it to technicians to do a software upgrade. Waited three weeks and had to pay R150 for repairs. Did payment and waited three more days for phone. When phone arived it still had the same problem and seems like nothing was done about it. Told the lady at vodashop that it was having the same problem, she said she will send it again and it will take nother 18 days. It was unexeptable as i needed my phone.
