In July we bought MTN airtime & converted it into data to use for Internet. On 18Aug loaded another 500MB bundle. On 3Sep checked the balance, it was 0 which is impossible, we did not use internet for a week while on holiday. Certainly did not use the balance of the previous bundle & 500MB from new bundle in 1week. On 3Sep phoned MTN. They only had history up until end of Aug, their system would apparently update the next day. Phoned the next day, their system was offline. We were told to phone back later that night.
