Look, I hate complaining, but they leave me no choice. They did it again. My phone is barred. I cannot make any calls. I phoned their help desk several times. Each time I get transferred to the contract department, and then I'm put on hold for 15 minutes. After which I just get fed up and put the phone down. I e-mailed their Customer Service, and i haven't received any reply. Its like there isn't a call centre.
