I recently bought a 2010 Rav4 from Jay Wolfe. When the car came in, it did not have all the options I had been told it would have. When I asked them to reduce the price to compensate, they told me I got a good deal and should just be happy... which I was not. I bought the car anyway... which I shouldn't have.
