My elderly parents tring to refinance there home, and take a small loan out. They currently owe about 150, 000.00 on an existing Mortgage loan, they wanted to borrow 50, 000.00 more and refinance for a better rate. There home is worth 800, 000.00 was just appraised at that from a Amerisave referral appraiser.
