I am a landowner and adjacent neighbor to Tane Finley at Sandstone, Minnesota. Tane Finley is a junk and rubbish collector. For over 4 years I have been observing Tane Finley hauling all manner of items from his NE Minneapolis residence up to the once pristine wetland wilderness of the Bear Creek watershed, in Sandstone, Minnesota.
