Staff did not adhere to the "customer is always right rule" Manager had nothing better to do than to tell us you can't jump in pool, you cant keep you wet towels/bathing suit on lounge chair, you cant play ball, you cant use that bbq...The rooms were spacious but the sheets had blood stains and hair on them.
