Worst experience with comcast service. On our scheduled date not only did the technician showed up, but every time we called the service center the reps keep on lying to us. We waited around more than 8 hrs and the 5th person we called said the appt had been cancelled. And that he was going to send a technician Sunday at 2. Again the same scenario repeated, called rep and she was terrible handling things. Very rude and very unprofessional. They rescheduled our appt third time to a week later. I am really getting very frustrated with them. Pls help me if anyone could, were we should go next. read full review »
