Using Virgin Mobile Canada services is total nightmare. Their customer service is not professional or friendly. There is no way to solve any problem with billing or payments. I have to pay for 1 800 services, high charges for 1 min duration of calls, which combines roaming and long distance calls from Florida to Toronto, Canada. I stopped using Virgin Mobile services in he middle of February, 2010.
