I got Air tel prepaid connection since 6 years (documents submitted while taking connection), recently it got disconnected. When I called customer care centre they activated incoming facility, couldnot provide calling facility. After two days I got message that documents has to submitted intune with BSNL rules. I went to submit the documents at AIR TEL Relationship centre, after three rounds to their shop, finally they took my documents. I asked for acknowledgement, they said we don't give.
