I would like to bring to your attention the quality of the Eisbein, served at your Mayville franchise. We ordered 2 x Eisbeins on Sunday...crispy, not basted. The food arrived...basted...the waitron tried to convince me that it was basted and crispy...impossible. We send it back. The next Eisbeins arrived...perfect...crispy...That is where it stopped. We ate some of the meat and asked for the rest to be packed in a doggy bag. When we got home, I tried to slice the meat into thin slices for using on sandwitches.
