Tata Photon Plus is India's worst Broadband service. They are cheating customers by selling and promising 2MBPS speed. But I am using it and Even in Delhi it is not working properly. Inspite of several reminders they are unable to enhance the speed from 20KBPS. This is the reality of this service even gmail is loaded after 40-60 minutes long struggle. No solution for it. Closing the connection is also a big headache. I wasted around 10-15 thousand rupees in this Photon Plus device and bills, always under lot of frustration during use of Photon Plus device.
