The saga continues, ongoing already since 8 months. Only response I got from MTN is that allegedly my account is in arrears, well that is exactly what the whole issue is about! I don't get answers, and they just happily keep on billing me! I have now been suspended for more than 3.5 weeks, the fourth time in 8 months.
