Having paid our bill which was calculated incorrectly, we had given notice to cancel 2 contracts and go onto pay as you go, the company suspended our service on all 5 lines. We started to try resolve this issue from wednesday last week. The call centre would not answer the calls even though we hung on for 45minutes at a time. From that day to present we have tried 25 times to call the company. Then going to the website from friday we have sent repeated emails to customer service-still no response or acknowledgment of the issue.
