I purchased 2 famous bowls and one streetwise 2. Back at the of office i opened my famous bowl and to my surprise i found mold on my food - the other one was fine! I contacted the branch and spoke to Diane. She requested that i bring it back and she'll give me a new bowl and extra piece of chicken for the inconvenience. I took it back, BUT asked for my money back. She insisted that i should choose something else from their menu, i still refused, telling her that you just sold me OLD FOOD WITH MOLD ON IT.
