This store has a "policy" that customer must purchase atleast $5.00 with the EBT card. I have used it elsewhere, for as little as .50 cents with no problem. Clintonville Market is just trying to increase their sales. They say if purchase is under $5.00, you must pay an additional .50 charge. That equals another 10% in sales. I beleive this practice is illegal and unethical. I would appreciate you investigating this scam. read full review »
