I was told by the Geek Squad at Best Buy to use Iyogi computer service I thought it was free, after talking with them for 5 hours, they wanted 169.99 for a 1 yr subscrption. They took over my computer didnot fix the problem and after another 5 hours lost my internet and forwarded me to my internet service, they took off my virus service, kaspersky and lost connection. I waited for another 3 hours to get someone. They were then told to refund my money and they said there was a 60.00 disconnect fee, they didnt do anything I want my money back... read full review »
