On or about August 24, 2010 I ask a question for legal advice and was charged $30.00. I used my Mastercard credit card for the billing. I received my Master Card bill and was charged twice for a total of $60.00. I tried calling the number next to the billing amount, but it refers you to their website: www.justanswer.com/billing. But no response. This website is a scam and are overcharging pe0ple's credit card. read full review »
