I am holder of vodafone mobile no. 9899135227 for the last five years. It was post paid and later on converted into pre-paid. Afew days back I got a message regarding submission of some records, as per DOT norms.I submitted the required documents at Sector 18, Noida office at 14.30 hrs on 04.09.10. Since06.09.10, I contacted many vodafone officials on helpline 9811098110 &111.After consuming my lot of time, nobody helped me.
