Could you please contact me as soon as possible, because I can not get through to anybody at your waste of time call centre. I spend atleast 25 minutes on the phone whenever I call your call centre. i have been paying premiums on this medical aid for over 2 years, and to date they have not paid out A CENT of my medical expenses!!! My daughter was recently admitted to hospital, the authorisation codes were obtained before she was admitted.
