Further to complaint of Fri 11 September, I was contacted by Thuto who had no details of my contract, so not sure how he was intending to resolve the query. He promised to have the original person responding to the initial August complaint contact me no later than Monday 14 Sept. Have still not been contacted by Cell C.Should Cell C refuse to address and resolve this query I will be placing a stop order on my debit order.
