I have been buying from Amazon since they first opened their bookstore. I've recently spent over $800 there, and have encountered numerous problems. Unhappily, this convenient place to shop has grown too large, and its third party affiliates brings crooks and dishonest dealers in to the picture. I ordered a wound kit from them, and it never arrived. I called and was sent the item called by Amazon a "replacement". An e-mail was sent demanding that the first item be returned.
