I posted a previous complaint about Outsurance about 2 weeks ago, which has still not been resolved. A staff member of mine, with comprehensive motor insurance with Outsurance, had a claim first accepted, and then rejected, on grounds of DUI at the time. When I asked for proof of this, Outsurance and their assessors have been dodging me ever since. I'm thinking of moving all of my personal policies away from Outsurance.
