I was charged for services before rendered. I paid my fee of $15.00 through PayPal. Hoping to get some technical software assistance I waited for someone to contact me and no one ever did. After 3 days I canceled my inquiry and sought help from another company. I find that JustAnswer never credited my credit card for my fee.
