Pet Food Center in Owensboro is a major disappointment and the assistant manager is the most ignorant of them all! I went in there to check out their selection of rat toys, which was pathetic, and since they didn't have anything I thought I'd go check out the animals they have. Anyway there was a group of older kids around the hamster cage which had a large amount of babies and the water bottle was so high only the mother could reach it!
